Shipping

 If you are waiting on your order to arrive, please check the tracking number or reach out to us for an update on the shipping status of your order. Once we ship your order, we cannot influence the speed of the shipping carrier. We insure all our shipments for our customer's protection in the rare occasion that an item is lost in transit. Once the tracking number shows the item is delivered it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package. We are not liable for incorrect mailing addresses or items reading 'delivered' but not received.  

 As each collar and piece of jewelry is custom handmade to order, we are not able to accept returns. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we start making your order, we will be unable to cancel it.
